Reality * * * *
This is a fascinating true story which I didn't know about it.
Maybe in 2017 we were all so distracted by the audacious activities of the newly elected President Trump everything else seemed insignificant, including this extraordinary event.
The way Director Tina Satter has chosen to commit this to the screen is an accurate re-enactment in exact time, using the exact dialogue from the FBI recording. So its not exactly a scripted drama, but her strategy of simply showing the event as it happened provides plenty of drama - believe me!

Reality is the name of the lead character (God know what her parents were thinking). She is a woman in her late twenties. An ex Air Force service person, she was offered employment at the offices of a private contractor who serve the US Government Department of Defense.
She was given a job as as a translator, because during her time in Afghanistan Reality learned to speak Pashto. Her job required dealing with highly sensitive information, of which a little bit leaked out - oops!
The said information was proof that the Russians had indeed meddled with the American Presidential Election of 2016, resulting in a win for Donald Trump which otherwise might not have happened.
So the film starts off with the FBI meeting her when she pulls into her driveway of her rather modest little home in Georgia. The FBI have got a search warrant and they'd like to ask Reality Winner a few questions. They choose an unfurnished neglected spare room at the back of her house.
During the re-enactment they frequently flash the actual transcript on the screen, and we can see it's verbatim. They also go blank from time to time as some of it redacted.
Most impressive is Sydney Sweeny as Reality Winner. It's a magnificent performance from the actress where her stress, denial, fear and despair are manifest without any histrionics.
It's an excellent production and very informative. It certainly sent me scurrying for more information.
