Pitch Perfect 3 * *

You'd think by the time they got to Pitch Perfect 3 they'd have run out of ideas - and they have, and they know it.
Not so perfect third time around
So in PP3 to compensate for a wafer thin, disposable, terrible story, which allows John Lithgow to give us the worst Australian accent that was ever committed to film (so bad it might be worth going to see the film for), they have put the energy into the singing and dancing.
The songs and the arrangements and the choreography go a long way to redeem this disaster. Consider it a musical and you might forgive it (a little). The plots of most musicals stink so why shouldn't this?
Some pretty good toe tapping arrangements of contemporary songs, that's about all it's got to offer.
