Freaky * * * *

Freaky is a film that will hook you in.

Rather Like a corpse in a horror movie that comes back to life, now that the Covid19 Lockdown seems to be over and we can go back into the cinema, this blog is back (sorry about that).

So what better way to start off than with the latest horror movie at the multiplexes? 

This excellent teen-horror film is about a girl Millie, who switches souls with her attempted murderer - The Butcher - so that he ends up taking possession of her body and she ends up owning his.  Looking like Millie he goes to her school creating mayhem and happily murdering at random whilst she is left with the task of trying to convince her friends that she is not an oversized psycho killer, she is simply stuck inside his body.  Freaky dishes up a satisfying quantity of slash with power saws and knives etc, but there are so many  jokes and amusing situations you're going to be laughing as much as squirming.
