Good Boys * * * *

Good Boys is good!  So good you don't notice how good it is until afterwards and you start to think about it.  Every scene is tight and valuable. No padding in this comedy.  It walks a fine line and is full of trust:  I mean, in this politically correct age this could easily go off the rails, but it doesn't.
Three boys. One dilemma. Many laughs
The main characters - the "Beanbaggers" -  as they call themselves, are three twelve year old suburban boys .  They are wonderfully crafted, convincing, endearing characters. They're ready to move on to the next stage of life and become the cool teenager - life's ultimate achievement.
A kissing party has been organised by one of the coolest kids in the school, but how can you attend a kissing party if you've no idea how to kiss?  Maybe spying on some older kids will help?  Maybe using Dad's drone will help?
Oh, we've been caught! How are we gonna get it back?
It's hard to describe how funny this film is without ruining it by telling you the scenes which really deserve to present themselves to you.
Don't mistake this as being a comedy made for teens.  It's almost like you have to be older to get it. It shocks you and brings out the caring side of you at the same time. It almost makes you cry  - with laughter!
